Signing a Home Construction Contract with Baanrabiengkao
Once a client chooses a house design and uses our construction service, an appointment will be made for our team to survey the client's land to ensure that construction is possible on that land. After that, the team will schedule another appointment with the client to sign the construction agreement. The contract will clearly specify the floor plans, specifications, and side views of the building.
Applying for a Building Permit
Our team will handle this entire process, from creating the plans and certifying them to supervising the work, for submission to the relevant government agency. This takes approximately 45 days. Once the building permit is received, construction can begin. The team will then proceed with the house construction:
Pile Driving
Once the building permit is obtained, our team of experts will begin construction, starting with pile driving. The piles will be driven according to the size and specifications outlined in the contract.
Structural Work
This includes foundation work, such as steel structural columns and beams, and concrete pouring.
Followed by the floor slabs, which will be precast with topping, as well as bathroom and balcony flooring.
The veranda will be cast-in-place with waterproofing.
Roofing
Installation of the roof structure and roofing. This includes assembling prefabricated roof frames and installing insulation before roofing.
Next, electrical work, ceilings, plumbing, and architectural work will be completed.
Scheduling an Inspection and Handover
The team will schedule an appointment with the client for a site inspection and handover of the house.
