Permission to build with government

We prepare consruction plan with engineer licence and architech licence to approve with  Thai government 

around 45 days for approved

Piling ( Design by engineering )

When we received the construction permit , we will start piling at site .

Structural Process

Structural work include foundation , beam and column design with steel and concrete 

and then  concrete slab ( +waterproffing liquid ) , plank with concrete topping .

Roof

Installation roof and tile  with foil insulation  , then electric work , outdoor ceiling , water pipe and architech work

Check Work  and sending house with guaruntee cirtificate .
